To create a full bleed layout, all you have to do is:

1. Create a new spread
2. Add only one photo
3. Shuffle the layout until it's a full-spread photo over the two pages.

Be sure your design doesn't end up right in the middle, or it may get chewed up by the crease of your photo book:
